Kicking Things Off: Our First Product Update is Here!

Here’s your monthly dose of new features, improvements, and fixes across the Saights platform. We’re always working to upgrade your experience, speed up your workflows, and make things feel a little more seamless. Sooo, here’s what’s new this month:

New Features, UI/UX Tweaks & Bug Fixes Now Live on Saights

Over the past few weeks, we’ve rolled out a bunch of updates to make your time on Saights smoother and more intuitive. From smarter translations to easier survey testing here’s what’s fresh and new:

New Features

Survey Sandbox Mode

We heard you! Testing surveys wasn’t as smooth as it should be. So we put our heads together and built the Survey Sandbox Mode. You can now test surveys in a fully functional, simulated environment without saving any results. Great for safe trial runs and internal reviews. We are super excited about this feature and would love to hear from you what you think.

Shareable Survey Previews

Tied to the sandbox mode, we wanted to make sharing previews easier. You can now create shareable preview links of your survey. These are perfect for quick reviews or team feedback. The links stay active until the survey is published.

Smarter Survey Intros

Writing intro texts in multiple languages used to be a pain. Now, Saights automatically fills in translated intros instead of leaving them blank. It’s a small change that saves a lot of time.

UI/UX & Navigation Improvements

Clear Language Labels for Translated Surveys

We’ve added language labels to translated surveys like “Social Media Relevance (French)” so it’s easier to keep multilingual projects organized.

Insight Hub Access Made Easier

Some of you had trouble getting to the analysis view quickly. We fixed that. You can now jump straight into the Insight Hub from the Projects section. Much faster, much simpler.

Bug Fixes You’ll Notice

• Team invitation links now work properly

Some of the links in team invitation emails weren’t doing their job. That’s fixed. You can now invite teammates without any hiccups.

• German-to-English survey translations are now accurate

Translations are a big focus for us right now. We’ve fixed the issues with German-to-English surveys. Other languages are working really well too.

• Survey metrics and dropout analysis are now more reliable

We cleaned up some inaccuracies in survey data and made the dropout analysis clearer, so your insights reflect what’s actually going on.

• No more “Untitled Survey” bugs

Some survey titles weren’t showing up correctly and were stuck as “Untitled Survey.” That’s sorted your survey titles now display just as they should.
