Closing the Year, Opening What’s Next

As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to pause -
and to say thank you.

This year has been one of building, listening, and learning. We welcomed new customers, deepened existing collaborations, and spent countless hours refining Saights with care and intention. Every conversation, every survey, every piece of feedback helped shape not just the platform, but the way we think about insights, analysis and decision-making.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who joined us this year and trusted Saights as part of their work. Your openness, curiosity, and willingness to explore new ways of understanding customers have been essential to our growth.

And that growth didn’t happen only externally. Internally, our team has grown significantly as well. We welcomed new minds, new disciplines, and new perspectives: each bringing their own way of thinking, questioning, and creating. This diversity of perspectives has sharpened our thinking and strengthened the foundation of the platform, allowing ideas to evolve into something clearer and intentional! 

A particularly meaningful part of this year was the close collaboration with our core customers. Our Head of Customer Experience, Head of Product, and Head of Design spent many hours in deep conversations and interviews with customers, listening closely to how Saights is used, experienced, and challenged in real contexts. These exchanges were invaluable and have directly shaped what’s about to come next.. 

A Get Together

Beyond product work, we also made space for connection. One highlight was our team get-together, where many of us met in person for the first time. We were also grateful to welcome Raphael from Sirplus, who shared the purpose and vision behind his company in a small presentation. The ongoing collaboration between Saights and Sirplus has been deeply meaningful to us - rooted in a shared belief that supporting companies goes beyond providing tools. It’s about relationships. 

Behind the scenes, we’ve been preparing for what comes next.

Starting in January, Saights will enter a new phase. We’re working toward a major launch that brings together everything we’ve learned so far, with a renewed focus on clarity, speed, and intelligence. You can expect a refreshed UI, new features, and a platform that is more agentic by design — reducing manual work, supporting autonomous analysis, and allowing insights to unfold more naturally and efficiently.

Our goal is simple, but ambitious: to make working with feedback feel less like managing data and more like engaging in understanding. Less friction. More flow. Less effort. More meaning.
