A fresh look for Saights — and a few notes from Doha
The process of reshaping and targeting gets tighter! Because over the last weeks, we’ve been working on two fronts that matter for you as customers and partners, influences by team growth and change of environment:
- A new UI that makes Saights feel calmer, faster, and more intuitive.
- Web Summit Qatar in Doha, where we took saights into the wild, listened hard, and came back with sharper priorities.
Let’s unpack both.
1. A new UI is coming (and it’s built for momentum)
Based on Experience, Saights is being used in real life: between meetings, during launches, in the “we-need-this-live-today” moments. So our UI needs to do one job exceptionally well:
help you move from idea → survey → action
with less friction.
We’re currently reshaping the UI into a more calm, minimal workspace—built around deep dark tones, earthy accents, and a cleaner visual hierarchy that keeps you focused.
This design update is in progress, and we’ll share more as the new experience rolls out.

2. Web Summit Qatar (Doha): why we went, what we learned
Recently, part of our team headed to Web Summit Qatar in Doha: a major international tech gathering that brings founders, investors, and operators into one place for a few very dense days!
Showing up as “GROWTH”
One thing we were particularly proud of: Web Summit groups startup booths into stages like ALPHA, BETA, and GROWTH. Where GROWTH describes companies experiencing considerable growth and expanding globally, Saights was classified as GROWTH.
Not because we have flashy slides. But because the product is maturing, the use cases are real, and the market is asking for what we’re building.
A few days of conversations at Web Summit Qatar in Doha gave us a clear signal: teams don’t just want to collect feedback—they want to turn it into action, reliably and at scale.
Across industries, three themes kept coming up:
- Outcome-first workflows over isolated survey tools
- Trust and governance as a baseline expectation
- A preference for vendors who build with clarity, ownership, and consistency
What happens next
Now we’re back in build-and-ship mode: following up, prioritising what matters most, and folding the strongest learnings into the product roadmap.
What this means for you
- The new UI is designed to make Saights feel calmer and faster in everyday use
- Our direction is unchanged: reliable workflows, clear standards, and a platform you can depend on.
